We collect only what is necessary to provide CypherScan. Uploaded files are processed for the sole purpose of malware scanning. On paid plans, we do not share samples with third parties by default. Hashes and minimal metadata may be stored for cache and history.

Data we process

• Account: email, authentication identifiers.
• Scans: filename, size, cryptographic hashes, verdicts.
• Telemetry: basic service logs and performance metrics.

Retention

We retain scan metadata as long as your account is active, or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time.
